These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vexo, operated by Fahad Malik. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vexo.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Vexo.
You agree not to:
You own the content you create in Vexo, such as your reviews and lists. By posting content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the app so the service can function (including showing your public content to other users).
You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
Show and movie information, including images, is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and its contributors. Vexo is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. That content belongs to its respective owners.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or the service.
Vexo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available. You use the app at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fahad Malik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vexo, or for any loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
