This Privacy Policy explains how Vexo ("we", "us", the "app"), operated by Fahad Malik, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app. By using Vexo you agree to this policy.
Vexo is a personal watch-tracking app that lets you log shows and movies, rate and review them, build lists, and follow other users. The app is operated by Fahad Malik, based in Pakistan.

We collect only what is needed to run the app:
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or payment information, and Vexo has no ads or third-party advertising trackers.
We use your information to:

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the app — for example, secure cloud hosting for your account and data, and an email service for verification and password-reset messages. They process your information only to provide their service to us and may not use it for their own purposes.
Some information you choose to share is visible to other users — for example your public profile, public lists, reviews, and follow relationships. Your profile is public; you control what others see by keeping a list private or marking individual titles private.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.
You can view and edit your profile, change your username, mark lists or individual titles private, and adjust your settings at any time in the app.
You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing hello@vexotracker.app. Account deletion first deactivates your account and hides your profile and content from other users. If you sign back in within 30 days, the account may be restored. After that window, we purge account data from active systems except information we must preserve for safety, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@vexotracker.app to make a request.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we deactivate it for 30 days before purging active account data. Limited technical logs and preserved moderation or legal-hold records may survive when needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Vexo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
