VEXO

Community Policy

Effective June 3, 2026

Vexo is built for tracking, reviewing, and sharing what you watch. These rules explain what is not allowed, how reports are reviewed, and what actions we may take to keep the app safe.

1. How moderation works

People can report reviews, comments, profiles, and lists. A report does not hide the content for the reporter; blocking and muting are separate controls.

Reports are reviewed by the operator. We may dismiss the report, add a spoiler label, remove content, warn the account, or permanently ban the account. Banned users can appeal from the in-app ban screen.

We never tell the reported person who filed a report.

2. Rules

3. Enforcement guide

Typical actions are a guide, not an automatic rule. Severity sets queue priority; the operator still reviews context and account history.

4. Critical safety reports

Critical reports are reviewed first. For child-safety material, we remove access, preserve evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities or NCMEC where applicable.

For self-harm reports, we do not ask users for personal emergency details. We provide supportive resources and remove harmful instructions or encouragement.

5. Appeals and contact

A permanent ban can be appealed from the ban screen while signed in. Content removals and warnings can be contested by contacting us.
